Butch has lived in Ashtabula most of his life. Butch is graduate of Harbor High School and holds a B.A. degree in business and finance from Kent State University. Butch became a licensed REALTOR© in 1972 and a broker in 1974. Growing up in a "real estate" family exposed Butch to all phases of real estate, such as building, developments, and retail sales. As the Owner/Manager of the single-office company, Butch devotes most of his time to management. In his spare time Butch enjoys golfing with his friends.
Chuck is a lifetime resident of Ashtabula and has been a licensed REALTOR© since 1978, specializing in residential real estate. Chuck has also helped many clients by listing and selling their estate properties.
Paul is a lifelong resident of Ashtabula, a graduate of Harbor High School and attended Kent State University. He has been married to Lois for 40 years, and the father of PJ and Chad and the proud grandfather of 4. After 35 years of service, he retired from retail management and service in and around Ashtabula County. He has built his reputation on honesty, service, and responsibility and has always been committed to both the customer and the community. Carolyn is a life-long resident of Ashtabula, and she is a proud graduate of Ashtabula High School. Carolyn has owned or been part-owner in several successful businesses, and she has been a REALTOR© since 1990. Carolyn has held many positions on the Ashtabula County Board of REALTORS© including Director, Secretary-Treasurer, and President. Carolyn is a recipient of the Ohio Association of REALTORS© Million Dollar sales award, and was awarded the REALTOR© of the Year award from the Ashtabula County Board of REALTORS© in 1993 and 2001. Carolyn is well known for her vivacious, outgoing personality, and her professionalism.
Mikey has lived in Ashtabula all of her life. She is a graduate of Harbor High School. Became a REALTOR© in 1993. She enjoys making floral arrangements. In her spare time Mikey loves to spend time with her niece and two nephews.
Lisa Nazor-Strode was licensed in 1983, and she has recently relocated to her home town of Ashtabula. Lisa brings many years of experience to our company. Her experience includes helping first time buyers, selling investments properties, Lake Front properties and REO properties, with a philosophy to treat each client with respect and sincerity, and earning their trust with personal service via a spirit of integrity in all aspects of the real estate process.
He recently became a real estate agent BUT he has over 18 years experience working in New Construction Homes and negotiation. He is a member of the Million Dollar Circle of The National Association of Home Builders. Jace has also been an Account Manager for Brobst Maintenance in Ashtabula since 2018.
